SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We ship to all nine provinces in South Africa. We don't currently ship internationally.

Processing time

Every Loosn order is checked, branded and packed by hand before it goes out.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date your payment clears. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all orders within South Africa.

Delivery addresses

We deliver to residential and business addresses. Please make sure the address is correct at checkout and give us a contact number the courier can reach you on.

If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we may need to charge for redelivery.

Delays

Occasionally deliveries run longer than expected due to courier backlogs, customs processing, public holidays or weather. We'll keep you updated if anything holds your order up.

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, message us and we'll trace it for you.
