1. About us
This website is operated by Loosn ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Using this site
You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.
3. Products
We do our best to display our product accurately, including its colour and appearance. Screen settings vary, so the colour you see may differ slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order already placed and paid for.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown on our checkout page. Your order is only confirmed once payment has cleared.
6. Orders
We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where the product is unavailable. If we cancel your order, we'll refund you in full.
7. Product use and safety
The Loosn Fascia Ring is a personal wellness device. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
Start on the lowest intensity setting and increase gradually. Do not use it on broken skin, open wounds, or areas of acute injury.
If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have a circulatory condition, or are receiving treatment for any medical condition, speak to your doctor before using this product.
Stop using it immediately if you experience pain, discomfort or irritation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
